LL never tell you the outcome of abuse reports they just acknowledge you've sent one at best based on log-in's you can deduce the resident may have had a ban

If you own the land, ban the person. Also block them. Then you can't see or hear them and they can't come on your place. 

You'll never know what actions LL takes on an abuse report unless it's something like griefing objects that they come and remove that you see disappear.

sorry but that is not true . someone can take over a object you own and mimic sexual content. So you are wrong sir. one does not have to agree to have someone take over and use the menu before you can react.example can sit on a bench that has animation. If the other person on the bench sits downa dn takes over the menu my avi will be involved in the animation without my consent and the ist is up to me to stop it as I did.

thats no sexual abuse, at most unwanted behaviour, you can end it with one click.

If a player is using the menu in your furniture, that's an easy fix. Most have the option of who can use the menu. Set it to owner only, especially if you leave your avi posed while you sleep or leave the keyboard.
