You're not likely to find something like that.  Just like in RL, your avatar's skin coloring, shading, pimples, scars, and age spots are part of what makes you look like .. you.  If you change your av's skin, you change what you look like.  (After all, that's why you change your skin.) Your appearance is also affected by the shape of your face.  Shadowing around the eyes will be much more obvious if your av has recessed eyes and prominent eyebrows than if you have more uniform features.  If you swap a gently shaded skin for a more ruddy, freckled one, therefore, you should expect that the shape of your face will make your features look different. Again, think of what you look like in the mirror at home if you apply your makeup in different ways.

All of this is why you should always try demos before you buy skins.  Some skins that look truly great in photos in a shop will indeed look hideous on you.  It's not necessarily because there is anything wrong with the skins.  They just aren't you.

Rolig is absolutely right!  But there are a couple of...well, let's call them "edge cases."

If you use a mesh head, such as the ones from Lelutka, you can get different makeup appliers for it.  These will change your look, of course, but they won't change your features since they are designed to be applied to that specific mesh head.

Also, some skin creators also sell an underlying shape with their skins, or sell them as a separate add-on.  These are the shapes that were used to design that particular skin, and so you will look just about exactly like the product photograph.

When you try a demo skin, if you find that it is ALMOST right for your facial features, you can then use the Appearance sliders to "tweak" your features so that you will look your best with that particular skin.

Once you have found a skin that you really like, it's usually available in several skin tones and various makeups.  Definitely buy a pack...at least one skin tone, and several makeups.  That way you can change your look to match your mood or activity, but still look like...you.
