I get all the way to the point where there's a "Buy now" button but when I click it, it disappears and the transaction doesn't go through. Is this a known issue? I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, alternating between Buy it Now and using the cart, and have tried...well, just being patient. No luck. I've submitted a ticket and am waiting to hear back.
