NHC TVs will not work for anyone using a CEF based viewer. They will still work on older viewers using Webkit.

This is not something that can be fixed in the viewers.  The NHC creator must update their TV to be compatible with CEF.

In a nutshell - the NHC TVs use redirects from http to data uri and Google block this because it is a security risk.
