If you do not wish to actually make the clothes yourself, you can find a creator using the "Wanted" section of the forum. Create a post asking for exactly what you need and you may get a response.

The place to post for custom creations of any kind is the InWorld Employment forum.  If you are hoping to find something "off the shelf" instead, try posting in the Wanted forum.
