Hi Valerie,

Do you mean you cancelled an account and you want to reactivate it? If so, file a support case here...

Select "Account Issue" from the first pulldown and then "Reactivate and old account" from the second. Identify the name of the account. Expect Linden Lab to contact you for proof you're the owner of that account.

If you mean you deleted a shape/skin/outfit that you now want to get back, check your inventory Trash folder. True deletion requires both deleting a thing and then emptying the Trash. If you haven't emptied the Trash recently, your deleted things will be there. If you have emptied the Trash, I'm afraid there's nothing that can be done to retrieve the items.
