Troubleshooting Basics:

1) Avoid using wireless and use a wired [cat5 or cat6 ] connection to your ISPs Router

2) Make sure any overly aggressive AV & AM [McAfee ^ Webroot & any Internet Security Suites] software is turned off for this test

3) Test again.....

Usual cause of this is a problem with the region you are logging into.

If this only happens when you login to a certain region then this region needs to be restarted to fix it.
