If it is the first, try another viewer, if it still not works contact support.

 

in the last case, you have to be owner/ or have grouprights, ánd exactly on the land.

It will not work, but only give basic info if you'r not the owner and on guest land.

Unless you are totally into testing Release Candidate Viewer versions you should return back to the current released version

There are a lot of great fixes coming down the pike but all the current batch of v 4.0.2 RC viewers each have some interesting issues of their own. I had to suspend my own RC testing activities for this batch of fixes/releases as the issues prevented me from doing my usual activities.

Which viewer version are you using?

In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Help -> About Second Life, click the "Copy to clipboard" button & paste all your system information into a comment here.

I suspect you are using the Http-update RC. There was a bug similar to this filed at BUG-10616 but it's supposed to be fixed...
