Filbert Holmer Posted March 12, 2016 Share Posted March 12, 2016 Grandfatherd Homestead Region Ces is for sale, complete with a good, long-term tenant.It is a stand alone region so you need not move or rename it.Tier is due on the 11th and has been paid for March.I am asking $50 + the transfer fee. I would prefer the region to remain Grandfathered for the sake of the tenant, but that is not a requirement.Contact me, Filbert Holmer, inworld via notecard and we'll talk.
