You already did.  I assume that you gave your correct RL age when you signed up for an account with Linden Lab.  They will occasionally do spot checks on people who draw attention to themselves by making large withdrawals to PayPal or by violating the TOS.  If they find out then that you have given a false age, you can be banned for life. Otherwise, they will assume that you were truthful, so your age is whatever you told them.

If you somehow made a mistake when you signed up -- it's a little hard to believe that anyone doesn't know their own birthday, but it happens -- then you can submit a support case to ask that it be corrected.  Linden Lab will possibly ask you to provide a photocopy of some official document to verify your age at that point.
