I have a real problem about my connexion. I can't connect any more to SL. Where can I get support?

I can't connect any more to SL.

I didn't make any change on my PC.

I got the message : check your internet connexion or your ID/Passwd.

My internet connexion is OK, my ID/pwd too.

Try resetting your router, leave it off for at at least a minute. Then try logging in to a different location.

Try what Peewee said, but also do the same with your modem.

Do you have issues with other internet sites? Like youtube (Videos being slow to load, stopping/starting a lot)? Issues fetching/sending email?

You could try to run the test at http://www.pingtest.net/ a few times, with different target servers, to verify whether the quality of your internet connection is ok or not.
