Clearwater is a quaint New England coastal community along I-95 in Maine, comprised of twelve idyllic villages; Meadow Gardens, Paisley Park, Regency Park, Silver Falls, Angel Cove, Aloha Spirit Bay, ARAB Twilight, Riverview Cove, Liberty Hill, Steel Horses, Palila and Lakeside Falls, the heart of the town. Each village has a laid back feel and an old world, coastal New England charm with the pace of daily life a bit slower than the city. Family leisure activities include sailing, a movie theater, a bowling alley, children's play parks, 7seas fishing; grocery shopping in our very own [LIFE2] market and our brand new family beach located on the shores of Lakeside Falls! For the adults of our community, two new adult rated RP areas have been added: our industrial/urban area located in Riverview Cove where more intricate and adult-themed RP is welcomed and encouraged; and our adult, clothes-optional beach located in Aloha Spirit Bay!
