I made the mistake of toggling my viewer screen

There may be an easier way...I am not familiar with Singularity.  Also, that viewer has not been updated in over a year.  You may want to switch to a different viewer, not all of SL's current features are supported by Singularity.  But anyway...

  1. Enable "View hidden files and folders" on your computer.
  2. Browse to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Singularity
  3. Find the file settings.xml and delete it.  Or, for safety, just rename it...something like "badsettings.xml" so you can go back and use it again if you have to.
  4. Go up one directory level.  Open the folder Singularity\AvatarUserName (the account you are having the issue with).  Look for a file called settings_per_account.xml and delete (or rename) that one, too.
  5. Restart Singularity and log in.  You will have to re-do all your user preferences.

If the above doesn't work, try doing a full clean install of the viewer.  Instructions for that can be found here (for Firestorm, but they will work for Singularity too.) http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/video_clean_install

Final note:  BEFORE doing any of the above...was the problem caused by something you did in the viewer's settings?  Or did you do something in Windows' settings, like enable accessibility features for people with disabilities?  If the latter, fix it in the Windows Control Panel, and ignore all of the stuff above.
