You don't.  That's public information, easy to obtain with a very simple -- and quite legal -- script.  A device that tells whether you are on line doesn't tell where you are.  If you don't want anyone to know that you are in world, all you can do is log on as an alt.  (I do that all the time when I am working and do not want to be disturbed.)
