Subletting Fully-Furnished Apartment (Sky Platform)

Hola, forum dwellers!

Considering I am neither a land owner nor real estate guru, I chanced to err on the side of 'I dunno' and post my offering here in the 'General' section of the land forum.

I will be subletting a fully-furnished apartment, to include:

 

• Kitchen
• Commons/living area
• Bedroom and
• Bathroom furnishings.

 

As it is fully-furnished, I am offering a prim allotment of 150 for personal touches and zany self-expression. This particular setup may be more appealing to males, considering the furnishings and general aesthetics.

The apartment is positioned several thousand meters above ground-level and you will be afforded your privacy (and I politely ask that the same be extended in turn).

$1,000L weekly - however, I am open to negotiation.
