Help with not receiving items when purchased

Hello,

I need help, I have bought through DMC creator is DarkMoon Lilliehook of the DMC Intine dance ball, two dances for load into the dance bal.. Back in Jan,.4 2016,. After perchasing both dances, in local chat said that dance was out of stock unable to deilver.. I have gone by the store's policy of opening up two tickets one per dance.  I have also sent note cards to their staff and owner DarkMoon. and still no ansewer, and no one has not even looked a the two tickets I had filed is there anway, I can get my money back and have Linden Labs find out why this person whom has the business is not standing by with any cumstomer service?

Hi Syrennah,

Linden Lab does not get involved in resident-to-resident disputes. If DMC isn't responding, there's not much you can do. You are always free to submit a support case, but don't expect help.

If nothing else, they can be suspended or terminated
