Seeking Interactive Games (laser tag, etc..)

I'm looking for games that can be played with a large group of avatars across an entire 24,000sqm parcel.  Something like a water balloon fight that keeps score, or Capture the Flag would be perfect... however I have not been able to find a water balloon fight game that meets my needs, and the only Capture the Flag games i've found require weapons and dying.  There will likely be between 10 and 25 people playing, and the game must not involve violence...  Also it needs to be free for people to play/join the game, after I pay the initial purchase price of course (which I know may be high for a good game system!)

If anyone has any recommendations please leave a comment! I appreciate your help.
