we are just residents as you are, and most of us don't have the gif of  being clairvoyant.

Please come back to your post and add some more info... what is your payment method, ....?

 

The most general answer i can think about now, is that you try to buy with a debit card.

That won't work very well, use skrill, paypall or a credit card.
