How to create a store in the Marketplace?

I have 1 month in Second Life and would like to create a small shop, but I can not. I've read all the terms and conditions, although it has the option to click to aceitar.Concordei with the Fees Policy and the Second Life Marketplace listing, but no use. I have to have a premium account?

That's what happens when you look in a 4 year old thread for a Knowledge Base article that you can find by clicking the link on the top of any page in the forums. 

It's changed since 2016.  It is now
