password changig is not possible ??

got message by changing password .... sl accepted the changing as optimal passworth strenght ... and after pushing the save button ... the message   , changing not possible   ... call support, came .... That happened also with two friends ... crazy is   although that msg  my password was changed ... that of my friends not ...
