if you were online, nobody else can be on your account. And hacking is nealy impossible. I won't say it happened never, but 99.9999% of the users who state they are hacked are in fact pished and gave their login info themself to malicious sources.

it  most likely is a previous send tp or IM getting delivered later... for some reason some come not the same session, and go to the IM box at next login or email.

imho nothing to worry about if it's just one time

I'm with Alwin on this. Given a choice between blaming odd SL behavior on hacking or Linden Lab, I'll pick the Lab Rats every time.
