Hi Sorcha,

I think the only thing that can boot underage avatars (as opposed to account holders who are less than 18 years old) from a sim is a scripted object. How something like that got on your sim without your knowledge is curious, but I think that's what you should be looking for.

If the avatars are being booted -- that is, they are able to teleport to the region but are teleported home as soon as they arrive -- then it must be a scripted object belonging to you that's causing the problem.    It's not a land setting.

When they are booted, they should see a pop-up message saying 'You have been teleported home by Sorcha Jinx's object "Under-Age-Boot" ' or whatever it's called.

See if you can find out the name of the object that's kicking them, and then try to locate it.
