2 plots of 512, mainland for sale - nice neighbourhood!

I'm selling two plots of 512 which are actually next to each other, so they could be bought and joined to make a larger 1024 if you wanted.

They are on the mainland, it's grassland in a quiet area, so great for private dwellings or if you plan on making an enclosed environment like shops etc. Even if you don't the views are nice because there are some plots of abandoned land nearby. But it's a good neighbourhood, I've been there for some years (I still have other land nearby). I'm selling as I don't use it enough and would like to reduce my land tiers. 

I'll consider reducing the price for serious buyers. Just send me a notecard inworld (please don't IM as my IMs often get capped, so I might not see it).

Price for each: L$6,500 (or will consider lower if buying both plots together).
