Unable to access anyone's profile including my own in world

Never a problem before. Not blocked by others because it's my own profile too. I use the SL viewer and always have. I see no pic, but the SL start date and whether payment has been used or not. Any idea how to get it back in world?

Try opening a profile using your 'external' Internet Browser. https://my.secondlife.com/ or https://my.secondlife.com/first.last_name

If that works, try opening a profile with the Viewer's Browser. Paste the "https://my.secondlife.com/" url in the viewer's address field. If you have your viewer using an external browser, let viewer open the profile that way. Then you will need to set your viewer to use its internal browser and o pen it again. Preferences->Setup select 'Use built-in browser for all links."

Be sure you have 'Accept Cookies' enabled for the internal browser.

If that works, you can switch that setting to which ever brower you prefer the viewer use.

Now try opening a profile using right-click->My Profile. That should now work. There is sometimes a cookie problem and these steps should correct that.
