i have two ways to pay for lindons in my acount and the money in my bank but linden labs not acsept them WHY

Because you cannot use money from your bank to pay for L$.  The only acceptable forms of payment are a credit card (not a debit card or any kind of prepaid card), or a PayPal account or a Skrill account.  If you are using a bank account as the backup source of cash for your PayPal account, then you must keep a cash balance in your PayPal account (not your bank account) that is large enough to pay for your Lindex L$ orders. PayPal does not transfer money from a bank account fast enough to satisfy merchants' requirements for instant transfer.
