Catwa mesh head

I have Catwa Jessica mesh head and I really like it. However when I do a reset, which resets either skin, make up and not sure what last thing is the area round my eyes goes white, which is normal I think,  but what is not normal is that it stays white and blinks. So far haven't had the patience to wait and wait for it to stop so I use an applier from my skin maker to change the make up options. I do belong to the Catwa Friends group and I have asked for help several times but nobody replies. Perhaps someone out there can help, hope so. The instructions that come with the heads is not the best which is a shame.
