Wanted: Particle Mouselook Shooter...

Hi, so I need a script to make a raygun with particles that are activated in mouselook. 

I would like to be able to the change color of the particles (I know enough to get the colors into the script). If you could put a play animation in the script body itself so I don't have to use two scripts that would be great, but it isn't necessary (unless there is a conflict). A sound would be nice to, but again not necessary. I do not want any damage done to any
