Haven VI (adult) residential/commercial

Haven VI is Clairehaven Estate's newest adult region for residential and commercial use. There are a few guidelines for commercial use, so please read the covenants.

Each Island is 3136 sq. meters with a land impact available equal to 717 prims and is priced at L$1195 per week. In addiction, each island can be expanded to 4098 sq. m. and 937 prims for L$1350 per week. Please let Sandi Glas know if you want the larger land and she will set it up for you.

All Islands sold with full rights, including terra-forming. There are some minimal limits within the covenants so that everyone may enjoy a peaceful home life. Please read the covenants.

No premium membership is required to purchase land. To purchase land, use the LM provided to go to the land, click on the ground and follow the purchase instructions, then send a notecard to Sandi Glas informing her which parcel you purchased. The amount paid for the land will be credited to your tier box as one week paid.
