What is the policy on inventory updates on Aditi Preview Grid?

I don't understand...an inventory update would only make your beta grid inventory congruent with your main grid inventory.

But if you want to test uploads for free, you should upload your new content directly to the beta grid.  If you upload to your main grid inventory first and then port it over, you've gone and paid the upload fee.

What am I missing here?

It sounds to me like he is already uploading his trial mesh objects to Aditi. If he's like me, though, he has textures, anims, and attachments in his Agni inventory that he wants to apply to the test mesh. He can't do it, though, because those things don't show up in his Aditi inventory yet.
