It's normally hidden but it can be shown in the default viewer by going to "Preferences" - "Advanced" and turning it on using the check boxes there. Firestorm is probably the same.

You can bring up the Develop menu on both viewers with CTRL+ALT+Q.

Advanced menu can be activated with CTRL+ALT+D.
