Why can't I enter a skill gaming sim?

I am trying to enter a skill gaming sim.  It is not letting me.  I am age verified since early on.  I created my account nearly 10 years ago, and was over 18 at the time.  I live in the US and in the State of Colorado.  My contact and billing information reflect this address.  The only thing I can think of is when I set my account up nearly 10 years ago, I did leave in Tennessee, which is a banned state.  Would that have any impact or residual information on my account that would cause me being denied access?

You should update your address on your account contact information through your dashboard. The SL wiki also recommends that if you believe you meet all requirements for access, but are still unable to enter a Skill Gaming Region, try resubmitting your current billing information and re-logging into Second Life as a first step toward troubleshooting.

If it doesn't work, file a support ticket.
