Why can't I enter a skill gaming sim?

You should update your address on your account contact information through your dashboard. The SL wiki also recommends that if you believe you meet all requirements for access, but are still unable to enter a Skill Gaming Region, try resubmitting your current billing information and re-logging into Second Life as a first step toward troubleshooting.

If it doesn't work, file a support ticket.
