How do I prove I paid but got no product?

if you bought it inworld it will be in your L$ transaction history,

if you bought it on MP it will be in your L$ transaction history too ánd in your order history in your mp account

 

if status says "delivered"  the seller did his job... possibly he won't replace the loss.
