looking to rent or seeking (open-minded) roommate

I have a few places bookmarked from researching on the forums here, but I was wondering if I could get some suggestions based on my specific needs. I'm a freelance dancer and would love to have my own place for customers when they request a private dance. Privacy is a must, unless it is in an adult zone where such things would not be out of the ordinary. I would like the option to boot people or lock up my space, but it is not a necessity. 

I don't need many prims, and my weekly budget is L$500. I like urban/city looking sims, but am open to other suggestions if the price is right. I know there are empty skyboxes or places you can rent for L$99 or under, but given my budget I'd like to be somewhere nice and at least slightly decorated.

Places that suit dancers or have furniture with adult animations are definitely preferred! Tysm :matte-motes-kiss:

Hello.

With approx. L$500 you can have 468 prims in a 2048m parcel. (L$1,2 per prim)

You will have given all abilities from a group and you will be able to set ban lines, ban unpleasant guests and generally everything SL provides to ensure privacy.

Usually landlords offering those parcels empty, but I am sure if you ask, they will rez a house for you.

Those houses are having hundrends of animations.

Now as for the urban theme, thats really rare in Mainland and if you find some, it will be more expensive.

Just type Urban in SL search and you will find some.

With these requirements you could only have a sky home in my system because I don't allow security orbs on the ground but only 500 meters or above.
