I have been a red cloud since the maintenance on February 15. I have done all that I know how to do. My alt seems to rezz fine.

If your alt is rezzing fine but you are not, it's possibly because your alt has a smaller inventory (and fewer huge folders) and is not wearing as complex an av and outfit as you are.  When you log in, the servers have to download your appearance information to your viewer before your will render properly.  If your appearance is too complex, the download process can time out before it is complete.  The long-term solution is to take off some of the really lag-heavy mesh things you are wearing (possibly including your mesh av) and to repackage your inventory into folders that have less in them.
