How do I attach new male body parts to my avatar?

Some attachments are simple enough that you just wear them and that's it. Some are more complicated and should have come with instructions of some kind, generally in the form of a notecard. Look in the folder that contains the attachment and see if you find a notecard there too.

Madelaine gave you the basic mechanics in her answer. But, there is more to it than just attaching a genital. Next is using it and learning how to be appropriate and not be shoming private parts in PG regions. Get some class is more a matter of learning to operate things than a matter of personal character.

Many of the various brands of genitals have support groups... that sounds a bit odd in this context...

Xcite! has a large group and most of the members will be helpful. It is also one of the more complex brands of genitals, so they have support on their web site. They have always responded in less than 24 hours Monday thru Friday.

Also, you can search for the Adult Hub. There are usually people around there that will  help. Do expect some jerks. We can't seem to escape them, no matter where we go.

You can also visit any nude beach and ask someone for help. That can be fun.

Everyone goes through this when they come into SL, men and women. We come in with Ken and Barbie gentials and have to select, acquire, and learn to use geneitals. So, don't be overly embarassed.
