You  cannot change your login name it is your account ID, but you can set a Display Name which is how people will see your name inworld.

Your account name "sasuke79" can not be changed, but you could change your "Display Name".

Optionally you can create a new account with the name you would prefer.  If you haven't been in SL too long (and haven't acquired a lot of expensive, non-transferrable objects) then this might be a good option.  Just let your friends know your new avatar's name and friend them on the new account, same for groups you have joined.
