You used your password to log in here, and it's the same one you use to log in to your SL viewer. If you have saved it in your browser, so that it autoconnects without asking you to type the password, then you can find the password in the browser. If you are using Firefox, for example, click the Tools menu and then Options >>> Security >>> Saved Logins >>> Show Passwords. It should be there.
