billing issues after request for downgrade

Question

i wanted to downgrade my account from premium to basic but i didn't do it on time... after some days, when i finally had enough money at my credit card, i did the payment it is shown at my account history

2016-02-02 07:18:41 Payment of 20.94 EUR, MasterCard ending with xxxx ($22.50)

i can access premium places and such, but i want to get a linden home, and i get this message:

It appears that your account is past-due, or that you currently have outdated/no billing information on file. Please update your billing information and try again.
