For some reason I cannot find my Recieved Items folder

I have bought several thngs in teh marketplace and when I go to look for them, I cannot find since I no longer have a "Recieved Ites" folder......please help

 

I have looked for the actual folder and the folder that is usually on te botto and nothing.

received items can be a folder in your inventory or might not be a folder but a seperate part of your inventory at the bttm of the normal window.

I do not have either of them..it is like they disappeared
