Cannot apply classic avatars since they are missing from my library. New mesh avatars are fine.

LL was doing some maintenance on their servers today, I believe.  Be patient, and your Library avatars should show up again soon.

If they don't, you may have a corrupted local inventory cache on your hard drive.  You can correct that by following the instructions here: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_cache_clear
