That's odd. As long as your file is in WAV format, is sampled at 44,100Hz, and doesn't have more than 441,000 samples (ten seconds worth), it should upload fine. I suggest that you open the file again with Audacity (or whatever program you are using) to double check those values, even if you've done that before. You might try going to another region -- someplace quiet and low lag like Smith or Pooley -- to upload the file, just in case there's some sort of server glitch where you are now. If you've been using a wifi Internet connection, switch to a cable instead, to reduce signal loss or corruption.
