I'm being harassed and insulted by maesth78 that I can do to stop me alone. How do I report this use

You submit an Abuse Report from your viewer's Help >>> Report Abuse menu.  You do not report it here in Answers, and you do not ever post the name of someone that you have a private disagreement with in the forums.  Doing that is a violation of the Community Guidelines.  Please edit your post now to remove the person's name.

if you know the name it's pretty easy .... block, mute and derender... and move on.

That works quicker than abuse reports.
