If you are all adults (over 18 in RL), you may go anywhere you like and set up whatever club you like, provided that you stay within the TOS and related policies.  Of specific interest, "real-life images, avatar portrayals, and other depictions of sexual or lewd acts involving or appearing to involve children or minors are not allowed within Second Life." [my emphasis added]  If you are under 18 (not just adults pretending to be under 18), you are more restricted, and if you are under 16, you are highly restricted.  Here are the articles to read if you have deeper questions:

I second Rolig's advice.

I would also advise you to proceed VERY carefully.  (Actually, I'd advise you not to proceed at all, but it's your choice.)

Here's the thing.  You could have some REAL teens show up.  You might not even know it...they could be teens pretending to be adults pretending to be teens (and that makes my head hurt!)  So there's you and your friends, adults pretending to be teens, and there are the real teens.  Adults pretending to be teens and interacting with real teens, are just one short step away from being viewed as pedophilic predators.

Think about that for a minute, and then think about the fact that I get a list, every month, of convicted sex offenders living in my neighborhood.  So do a lot of other people.

Now with all the great advise given to you to-date, if you clearly state in your club charter, this is a place to re-live your teenage years, then everyone will know what you are providing...

Real life teens will avoid you as they should.

Old fogies will flock to your club to re-live their teenage years.

Everyone will be confused by the music choices your DJs offer since there are a  lot of old fogies from a lot of decades here in Second Life.

You'll make a zillion Lindens and retire to Sansar once it is open where you'll lose everything in a realistic hover-board battery explosion accident law suit.
