Requirements

• Attractive human avatar
• Prior experience preferred
• Good independent decision making capacity
• Minimum 4 hours per week dedicated to management duties
• Good communication skills and fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and training of new staff
• Facilitate club staffing for regular business hours
• Maintenance of ad boards and furniture
• Organization and staffing for events, weekly promotions & event ideas
• Website ideas
• Advocate for desires of the staff (furniture, events, perks, etc.)
• Club promotion via community calendar, forums, in world ads, partnerships, etc.
• Develop and maintain an effective team culture at all times
• Provide optimal level of customer services to all guests
