That's because it is after hours.  Wait until morning (SLT) and try again when they have come to work.

Live Chat is available 5am to 3pm PST every day

I sent a ticket because that time seems to not be convenient for me.  However there has been no response to the ticket.  I think I'll just stop being a paying customer and go back to being on my own.  Less hassle

Don't expect a rapid response to a support case for fixing your control panel.  The reason you contact Live Chat is because Live Chat is the group that has the tool to fix your Linden Home.  That's one of their main jobs.  When your car won't start in the morning, you can send a letter to the Ford Motor Company and complain that you're going to be late for work, or you can pick up the phone and call the guy at the gas station who has a battery charger.  If you want your control panel fixed, put up with a little inconvenience and contact Live Chat.
