how can i get items orderd on mp that were given as gifts but not recieved, redelivered?

Contact the merchant you bought them from.  Send a polite note that includes all of the details from the Transaction History of your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account, so that the merchant knows exactly which item you are talking about and can check in her own records.  A merchant is not required to redeliver, but many will.

To add to Rolig's answer: do not blame the merchant if you don't receive something you bought on the Marketplace. MP deliveries are all in the hands of Linden Lab and there is absolutely nothing the merchant can do about it. But as Rolig said, most merchants are happy to sen you a new copy if you give them the transaction number and explain the problem.
