Overriding Region Day Cycles

If I set the day cycle on a region to anything other than "Default", when I go to the environment editor to set my own personal day cycle, it becomes stuck at the same time of day. This also happens if I set a fixed sky for the region.

I've tried on a number of sims, and it's the same on them all, and not just for me (I've asked other users, and it's the same for them). It seems that once the sky or day cycle is fixed for a region, there's no way to override it with a personal day cycle that works properly.

Is this the same for anyone else? .. or does anyone have any suggestions?

well if your  useing  secondlife view  couldnt tell you  but if on firestorm no  not haveing that problem.
