Hustler is seeking a reliable manager to help with the daily operations.

The position is tip based for now, we will be discussing adding a pay as the club gets running.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Available for several hours a day depending on what is needed.
You must be reachable through IM or Skype.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Must be on second life at least 1 Year +
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must be age & voice verified.
• Must have managed a club and or venue for at least 6 months.
• Must be flexible and able to communicate well with people.
• Should know the basics of Second life.
• Must know how to send out notices and operate IM/ Chat conferences effectively.
• Keep staff in line when the owners are not on and keep them updated on events times.
• Enforce the rules of the club in a tactful manner.
• Keep reports on harassment/grievers and staff no shows – SUBMIT them to the owners.
• Assist in the interview/screening and hiring process.
• Report to the owners all club situations, happenings and traffic numbers.
• Frequently check on the club schedule and inform staff that have not confirmed about event times and their own schedules.
• Able to respond to the Owners via Email or Skype in case of emergencies.
