When I buy premium and "own" a 512m land, do I have to pay monthly fee of 5$?

The Linden Home or first 512 square meters of land you owned is included in the fee you pay for premium membership. You have to pay that fee however you selected (annually, monthly, etc.) but the land/house doesn't cost anything extra. The next purchase of land you make and hold up to an additional 512 square meters of land will cost the $5 a month - for instance, if you owned a Linden Home and up to 512 sqare meters of additional land, or if you owned up to 1024 square meters of land without a Linden Home.
