Hi Livy,

Could it be that you attached the thing you purchased to the HUD? If so it'll be stuck to the screen of your viewer like a bug on a windshield. Right-click on your avatar and select "Take Off -> HUD" and see if the thing you purchased is listed. If so, select it to take it off.
